The Firm Policies
Fees vary depending on the type of matter and complexity of the case. For instance, Personal injury clients pay no fees for legal representation until they successfully recover a settlement. Other matters may be billed on an hourly basis or flat rate. At Cirillo and Roberts, our goal is to work with our clients so that they have access to quality legal representation.
All clients are required to execute a written engagement agreement with the firm which sets out the parameters of the firm’s representation and the lawyer’s scope and fees. Our fee structures adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct and are based on the experience, reputation and abilities of the lawyers performing the services.
